Book Recommendations

One of my favorite books of all time is Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo.  It's about a mouse who is the runt of his litter, lives in a dark, cold castle, and finds himself embarking on many adventures, one of which leads him to fall in love with a princess.

For a truly enchanting tale of adventure, friendship, heroism, light, and love, check it out today!

This is a trilogy of a girl named Ehwa, and it shows all her struggles in her childhood leading up to adulthood. This book contains some korean references, but it explains them throughout the book. I love this book! Absolutely one of the best trilogy series Ive read all year! I cant wait for his next series!!! :D

  39. I just started the 39 clues. Amazing. its when 14 year old Amy and her little brother Dan go on a dangerous quest to find the secret of their family. But most importantly to become the most powerful humans in the world. should really check it out.And its by Rick riordan for all the fans of him. =)

    1. I kinda think the 39 clues isn't so much about Dan and Amy wanting the power for themselves, but for mainly the secret and the quest itself.

  40. Hey,I've been thinking... we should read "When You Reach Me". It's really good. I think you said in the begining of the year that you read it.

  41. I only know of two people in the entire 6th grade who are reading the "I am number 4" series (and yes, it is a series :D). It's about an alien race that is trying to survive the Mogadorians (another alien race), and 9 Garde (aliens with awesome powers) are the survivors. It is in perspective of John (his new name), or number four. READ IT IF YOU WANT TO LOVE!!!!

    1. Hey, yes I do happen to be one of the only other people reading "I am number four" It's actually a very good series although there is one werid thing about it. I saw ChallengeAccepted randomly stroking my book saying "It's so precious" when I came back from the bathroom one time. Probably one of the most random things I've seen in a long time.
